ABLE Aerospace
Adhesives formed in 1984, is located in
Valencia, California. From this convenient location, we efficiently service our
customer's needs. We support our customers from many other locations worldwide.
We are your best global source for chemicals, raw
materials, equipment, safety and tooling products also specializing in custom
formulation of polymers.
Our quality control program is certified to AS9120 ISO 9001:2008
AS9120:2002 and meets the requirements of FAA, Airline Suppliers Associacion (ASA) and
NADCAP AS7104. . We specialize in hazardous material shipments and conform with
IATA's dangerous goods regulations.

ABLE Aerospace Adhesives customers/or regulatory agencies reserves the right
to inspect any or all of the materials or quality of work included in this order
subject to Able AA customer contract at
the suppliers plant. |

|
ABLE Aerospace Adhesives reserves the right to inspect any or all of the
materials or quality work included in this order at the supplier’s plant. |

QC3 |
|
General Compliance: The supplier certifies all
materials, processes and or finished items supplied under this order are as
specified. In the event the suppliers requests acceptance of nonconformance
product or discovers an escape of nonconformance product, the supplier must
notify the ABLE Aerospace Adhesives buyer
and is responsible for taking immediate action to correct identified
deficiencies. Upon notification it is the responsibility of ABLE Aerospace
Adhesives buyer to distribute this information to the appropriate department. |

Change in product definition: Supplier must notify ABLE AA of any changes in product definition. |

|
Specific Compliance: The supplier shall certify all
materials, processes and finished items supplied under this order were
inspected, tested and found to comply with the requirements of this order. |

Shelf Life: The supplier shall certify
shelf life and expiration date for material supplied. Material shall not be
supplied with less than 80% shelf life remaining. |

|
Trace ability: All items furnished on this
order shall have documentation on file for at least seven years after delivery
to permit to permit tractability of the delivered item back through its
manufacturer. |

Supplier Corrective Action: When requested, it is the supplier’s responsibility to provide written effective
corrective action response. Supplier may elect to provide corrective action
response to ABLE AA on their own documentation or on the ABLE AA provided form.
The supplier shall provide a timely written response by thee corrective action
response date as noted on the requested for corrective action. |

Documentation requirements:
ABLE AA purchase order number and part number, applicable issues of specifications,
drawing, process requirements, inspection instructions and other relevant
technical data, to appear on appropriate supplier documentation (invoices,
packing slips, packages and certifications as required). |

Evidence of Conformance: Supplier must provide ABLE AA a certificate of conformity and/or, test report,
and/or airworthiness approval from approved manufacturer or approved repair
station. |

Handling, Packaging and Storage: Damaged to any item not packed to insure proper protection to the shipped
materials might be charged to the supplier. |

QC12 |
|
Packaging: each order of products shall be
packaged in individual containers bearing the supplier’s and/or ABLE AA part
number. Materials are to be shipped in containers in keeping with good
commercial practices to preclude any damages being incurred during shipping and
storage at supplier’s plant. Each package shall be identified with ABLE AA
purchase order number on the outer container. |

Ozone depleting Substances:
Product containing or manufactured using class I or class IIozone depleting substances shall be
labeled in accordance with 40CFR82:
WARNING: Contains [or Manufactured with, if applicable] [insert name of
substance], a substance which harms public health and environment by destroying
ozone in the upper atmosphere. |
